A mix for @b3ko
Friend and colleague @b3ko (also known as Jon) follows me on Twitter and is driven nuts by my incessant music tweets. He says once in a great while he’ll recognize what I’m talking about, but generally not. So he asked that I make him a mix of stuff I’ve been listening to lately. My tape deck is on the fritz so a 60-minute CD mix will have to do.
This is what I came up with. A snapshot in time. Jon, it’s all yours when I see you next week.
- Groucho Marx – Civil Defense Spot: Excellent Chances
- The Caretaker – All You Are Going To Want To Do Is Get Back There
- Andy Stott – New Ground
- Grouper – Alien Observer
- Peaking Lights – All The Sun That Shines
- Ken Nordine – Brown
- Pye Corner Audio – Electronic Rhythm Number Eighteen
- worriedaboutsatan – Evil Dogs
- Clams Casino – Realist Alive
- Dr. Alimantado – Born For A Purpose
- Andrew Weathers Ensemble – Ecstatic, Unchanging
- Arthur Russell – That’s Us / Wild Combination
- Boris Karloff – Civil Defense Spot: Protect Your Home
